Understanding & Supporting Our Young Children’s Worries

January 25, 2023 @ 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Mental health is a significant concern among parents of young children, but routine worries and anxiety are also a normal part of development. As our preschoolers begin to understand the complexities of the world around them, this talk will explore how parents can support our children’s natural worries and anxiety in ways that help build skills and foster resilience long term. Lead by Mariel Benjamin, LCSW.

All parents with young children are welcome, members and non-members.
