Interested in learning how to pray from the heart and not a book?
Join Rabbi Michelle Missaghieh on a journey of the heart as we practice how to pray. Don’t believe in God? No problem. One form of Jewish prayer, called Hitbodedut, is about opening our hearts and giving voice to our personal struggles, moments of thanksgiving, requests, points of confusion, and whatever is going on in our mind/soul/body.

We will explore what this practice might feel, look, and sound like. Between sessions, you will be invited to privately journal your insights and confidentially share them in hevrutah (with a partner). Our goal will be to create a “community of pray-ers” over the month we learn together. Please try and commit to attending all four sessions.
