Marketing Request Form

Welcome to the new marketing request form. Please fill this out as best possible with finalized information. The Communications Department always appreciates advance notice and thus more time (10-14 days) to complete projects. Is this a new project or a revision?

A revision is an update of an existing project i.e. changing Parent and Me classes with new dates. The artwork stays the same, but the details are new.

When do you NEED the materials

Keep in mind the demands of the Communications Department. 10-14 days advance notice is generally appreciated.
