members of our community sharing their stories while enjoying a delicious catered dinner.This month’s topic is “Perspectives on Israel.”

In their rap battle “Let’s Talk Straight,” Israeli Uriya Rosenman and Palestinian Sameh ‘SAZ’ Zakout suggest we change ourselves in order to change the world. Engage in dialogue with voices from our TIOH and partner communities about the change needed to create a path towards peace.
Featuring:
- Rabbi Galit Cohen-Kedem, the founder and senior rabbi of Chodesh V’Khol, our partner synagogue in Israel
- Guy Rosenthal, TIOH Member, was born and raised in Kfar Saba, Israel, and moved to Los Angeles in 2016, holds doctorate degrees in Microbiology and Biochemistry, along with an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, and is an advisor at Fusion LA, a venture-backed accelerator for Israeli start-ups in the US
- Ruba Alami, our Palestinian neighbor, who grew up in Jerusalem and Ramallah holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and an undergraduate degree in accounting from Georgetown University
