*Selichot is the Saturday night before Rosh Hashanah when we gather to look internally at our lives, where we messed up and how we need to get back on track.  We also change our Torah covers from deep red to white, and foreshadow some of the High Holiday’s “top hits” like Avinu Malkaynu.
