Many of the changes in Jewish practice in the 21st century have influenced the Jewish Renewal Movement. Founded by Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, z”l, Jewish Renewal has been described as a wind that has blown through the Jewish world to make Judaism more egalitarian, more accessible and deeper – while at the same time more fun – than the Judaism practiced in the shadow of the Second World War.
Join us on Friday Night, March 8, to learn more about Renewal and Reb Zalman and enjoy an “eco-Kosher” dinner.
