Are you concerned about the housing crisis in Los Angeles? There’s something you can do about it!

Come to the Capital in Sacramento on Thursday, April 20, 2023 for the Home is Sacred Statewide Action Day.
TIOH will join a number of other LA-based congregations organized by LA Voice to lobby for state bills that will lower the
state rent cap (SB 567), and create a streamlined process for religious organizations and nonprofit colleges to develop
affordable housing on their property regardless of local zoning restrictions (SB 4) and allocate budget to preserve
affordable housing units whose covenants are ending (SB 225).

Travel costs as well as breakfast and lunch on April 20 will be provided.
