Confirmation is a meaningful journey for our 10th grade students and the members of the TIOH clergy with whom they will be learning alongside. Our goal is for every student to see themselves as a Jewish thinker, therefore, our year consists of ongoing theological and philosophical conversations aiming to affirm and challenge beliefs. Gatherings will utilize lecture-discussions, student presentations, guest presentations, and small group reflections. The year culminates with a celebratory event where our students stand before their families and peers offering personal perspectives of their unique Jewish identities.
