Temple Israel of Hollywood is a congregation committed to Lifelong Learning, Worship, Social and Personal Healing, and Community
Founded in 1926 by twelve people, Temple Israel of Hollywood (TIOH) is a historic reform congregation in the heart of Los Angeles that now serves as a vibrant hub of Jewish life for nearly 1000 families and individuals.
Our mission is to foster connection with God, Jewish identity, Jewish tradition and Jewish peoplehood by providing opportunity for all to participate in lifelong learning (Talmud Torah), prayer (T’feelah), societal and personal healing (Tikkun) and community (K’heela).
