2025 World Zionist Congress Elections

Vote for equality, democracy, pluralism, justice, and peace in Israel
VOTE REFORM March 10 through May 4

Voting is now open for The 2025 World Zionist Congress (WZC) Elections!

Every five years, we have the opportunity to vote for the Parliament of the Jewish People. First convened in Basel by Theodore Herzl in 1897, the Congress maintains its relevance by recognizing that 50% of worldwide Jewry live outside of Israel and should have a voice in the State of Israel. This election will determine how the National Institutions allocate $1B annually for the next five years in the areas of democratic and civil rights, land purchases, and Israel education.

Why does this matter?

Religious fundamentalists who are diametrically opposed to our Reform Jewish values are organizing to undermine democracy, rollback gains for gender equality, LGBTQ+ rights, and religious pluralism, and aim to strip our Israeli Reform community of its rights, funding and infrastructure. They intend to expand settlements and block any hope of Palestinian self-determination.

Their vision writes Reform Jews out of the next chapter of Jewish History and will make Jews in Israel and around the world less safe.

TIOH also has three members running with the Reform slate: Past President Heidi Segal, Senior Rabbi Emeritus John Rosove, and Evan Krautheimer.
