Join our TIOH Wise Aging 5-part workshop facilitated by Rabbi Michelle Missaghieh as we explore what aging might look and feel like for ourselves in the 21st century. Through community building, text study, journaling, song, and mindfulness, we will discover ways to walk this path gracefully.
