About our featured speakers:

Shanie Reichman is the director of strategic initiatives and director of IPF Atid at Israel Policy Forum, based in New York City, where she works to elevate the discourse around the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. She serves as the founding chair for the Forum Dvorah U.S. committee, an NGO that champions women’s participation in national security and foreign policy decision-making spheres in Israel. She is a Wexner Field Fellow, a Schusterman ROIer, and serves on the boards of Queens College Hillel and the Center for Ethnic, Racial and Religious Understanding. Her work has been published in the Forward, the Jerusalem Post, Times of Israel, Hey Alma, Jewish Unpacked, and International Policy Digest. She is a participating author in the book “Young Zionist Voices” and is pursuing her MA in Middle Eastern Studies at CUNY Graduate Center.

Born and raised in Canada, Noy Leyb made a life altering decision to move to Israel and join the IDF at 18 years old. After completing his service, Noy continued with annual reserve training. He has a BA from IDC Herzliya and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Noy’s Israel advocacy has taken him to over twenty-five Universities in North America and to the halls of the EU. He has established an online presence through viral videos like “Don’t Go to Israel” and through his growing Instagram presence. On October 7th, Noy was living in New York City as the co-founder of a startup. Upon hearing the news, he immediately dropped everything and flew to Israel to join his elite commando unit on the frontlines. After three rounds of reserve duty spanning over 250 days, Noy is now fully dedicated to Israel advocacy—drawing on his firsthand experience and unique perspective to lead the fight against antisemitism and misinformation.

Elica Le Bon is an attorney, artist, activist, and speaker. She was born and raised in London, UK, and moved to Los Angeles to go to law school. Since then, she worked foremost as a criminal defense attorney, later developing a second career in activism. She describes her politics as having been very left for many years, something which helped her identify the problems that emerged from left-wing extremism and pushed her closer to left-center, center, and in some regards apolitical. She has since focused on bringing light to issues surrounding human rights in Iran and the wider Middle East. Since starting, her unique voice has reached millions across various audiences and platforms around the world as a voice for bridge-building, truth telling, and humanity.
